I’ve heard that from a lot of recruitment founders this year.
But speak to anyone hiring for data centres and they’ve never been busier. Other sectors, the opposite.
OK, there’s market nuance. But what about beyond that?

I took some ☕ time this week to look into a few studies reviewing the effects of AI and the job market in general.
And two respected studies I found disagree with each other completely.
I’ve thrown all the data into the pot and written my thoughts up in a deep dive LinkedIn Article today – including five things I’d do now if I was sitting on a quiet desk.
