This is about the time I start looking back on the year that was and planning the one ahead.
How’s your 2026 been?
I really hope it’s been a cracker. Plenty of wins, maybe even a record year.
But here’s the main thing ➡️ Did you get to enjoy most of it?
Because if the business only works when you’re glued to it, that’s far from ideal…

If you’ve got a few people in your business, there’s no reason you can’t switch off properly.
Solo founders, I know it’s harder.
But with your operations set up well, those “quick check-ins” between a cheeky cocktail or two get a whole lot less frequent.
