Think HR consultants, training companies, or SaaS tools already serving your market.
→ Co-host a webinar, offer a value-add for clients, or co-brand a resource.
2. Industry Influencers
These are the authors, podcasters, and speakers your audience already trusts.
→ Interview them, support their launch, or align on a cause.
3. Non-Competing Recruiters
Same niche, different location – or same location, different niche.
→ Create referral partnerships, pitch for larger clients together, or share warm leads.

• Be clear on what you want
• Show what’s in it for them
• Keep it equal, simple, and valuable
• And don’t overthink it – just start the conversation
I’ve seen this play out firsthand. One of my earliest collabs led to a partner becoming a buyer of my agency years later. You really never know where a great collab can lead.
