2026 is going to be an interesting one

I thought a couple of practical ideas would be a good way to welcome in 2026 ????

I know most people are always keen to get a new client or two… so Iet me start there!

I keep pinching myself that it’s 2026.

This year we’re going to see unrivalled change in the recruitment industry. The opportunity with AI is real and so is the overwhelm!

I know a lot of founders are feeling overwhelmed, and understandably so. To replace that overwhelm with understanding here’s a couple of tips:

Spend an hour a week learning and more importantly playing with AI.
– Speak to other founders and share use case ideas.
– Look for where you can you replace low level effort to free up your time.
– Remember when you’re stuck to use AI as a thinking partner (ask it to be tough on you!)
– Listen to the The Tech Savvy Recruiter podcast where ourconversation is mostly around AI.
