The hardest place to be is….stuck.

Not failing. Not growing. Just…going sideways.

It’s commercial purgatory.

👉 If you fail – You do something else.

👉 If you grow.  You win.

👉 But when you’re stuck? That’s soul-crushing.

I see way too many recruitment founders in no man’s land, not just for days or weeks – but sadly months and years.

They keep grinding, putting one foot in front of the other, but can’t seem to break through.

 👉 They trade time with their kids for grinding out work.
 👉 They’re exhausted and resent the business that used to excite them.
 👉 They are totally unfulfilled.

Please don’t let that be you.

If you’re stuck, it’s just because you’re not sure of your right next move.

That’s it.

Your job is to find out what’s keeping you stuck and then learning what to do about it and getting into action.
