I remember leaving “employee land” to start my own agency.
It felt like whack-a-mole; fix one issue and another would pop up. Increasingly in “Super-size me” packaging!
I wasn’t grateful for those challenges at the time.
But now?
They’re the very experiences I lean into every day to help founders grow.
And here’s what I know:
AI and tech might be rewriting the rules of recruitment.
But even after coaching founders for 8+ years, the same struggles are still coming up again and again:
What has changed though is how we solve them and keep up to stay competitive.
