Hi, I'm Belinda
I’m Belinda Kerr, high performance business coach for Recruitment Agency Owners. I’m also a podcaster, blogger and the creator of Recruitment Garage with #1 insights and growth strategies for today’s market. But most importantly, I’m a mum to my twin girls.
Like many others, I was destined to transition from a top-billing consultant to a recruitment business owner.
After launching, growing and selling two successful recruitment businesses, I’m excited to motivate and inspire your success by sharing experience, insights and tried and tested growth strategies on how to leverage the opportunities in today’s market.
Recruitment has been good to me and has given me the freedom to spend time with my family and do the things I love in life. Now, I get a buzz out of working with progressive recruitment businesses following a similar path and helping them navigate their way through the hurdles; the crazy days… the fun days, the “why am I doing this” days to achieving their much anticipated success.
No matter where you are in your journey, I wish you abundant success and encourage you, when you’re not so sure what to do next, seek it out and keep going. The rewards are there and there are plenty to go around. So make sure you get your share!

Behind The Name
Belinda Kerr
From meat pies to mung beans… I grew up on a cattle property in a hippy village. A little diverse perhaps. I remember the hippies coming en masse to Nimbin when I was young and our sleepy little farming village transforming overnight – we were famous! National media attention put us on the map… and in the guidebooks attracting travellers from Montreal to Munich.
I was exposed to every view, ideal and judgement of the day and found it fascinating how different we all are. The variety sparked a lifelong interest in what makes people tick (myself included). I guess it’s no accident, (although it totally was) that I landed in recruitment. I now live in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, another diverse and beautiful part of the world, with my family, two scraggy dogs, and a vibrant community of great friends. Funny how life can take you full circle.
All I need is a Kombi to complete the picture.

In a typical week, I spend my time coaching members in the Scale Project and Growth Club, hosting live Q&A sessions, recording content, hosting podcasts, and revising growth strategies for our members to apply. You might also catch me with my kids and my two much loved pooches, Keeper and Patch.

Operations and Marketing Manager
Bec is a fast mover who wears many hats and holds everything together here at Recruitment Garage. From managing customer support to marketing and operations Bec is always keeping us moving and working hard to free BK up to focus on coaching and guiding our members. When she isn’t doing business stuff, you can find her hiking and practising yoga.
Alyssa Tuangco
Marketing and Administration Assistant
Alyssa are multi-media gun and is our go to for design, video editting, sorting out any tech dramas. Alyssa also works with our members to help them create digitial assets for their content and marketing. Alyssa is fur mum to 5 dogs and is a food enthusiast who loves watching true crime.
